Description

Created from Isle of Raasay’s unpeated spirit, this five-year-old limited release was matured in ex-Four Roses bourbon casks before a second maturation in rare Quercus humboldtii Colombian oak. Bottled at 50.7% ABV, it is naturally coloured and non-chill filtered.

Vanilla and butterscotch lead the palate, developing into a rich crème brûlée character and a long, indulgent finish.
