Description

The Chinkapin brings together peated and unpeated spirit made from 100% Scottish barley. Matured separately in fresh and refill Chinkapin oak casks, the whiskies are married to create Isle of Raasay’s signature lightly peated style and bottled at 50.2% ABV.

Wood smoke and dark fruit lead into barbecue glaze, honey, bright lime and cinnamon. Savoury smoked ham and sandalwood emerge before a long, fragrant smoky finish.
