Description

Chiyonosono OYO Junmai Ginjo is brewed with revived Shinriki, a historic sake rice associated with the origins of modern sake brewing. OYO evokes the graceful glide of an eagle, symbolising tranquillity and a sense of space amid the pace of everyday life. The label was created by Singapore finger-painting artist Adeline Yeo-Matsuzaki.

Deep yet beautifully balanced, with a mellow mouthfeel, gentle ginjo aroma and a smooth, composed finish.
