It opens with fragrant notes of rose petal, cherry and raspberry, developing into darker fruit with subtle smoke, violet and mineral nuances. The palate is structured yet balanced, with fine oak spice and supple tannins adding depth and texture. Long and graceful on the finish, this Burgundy has excellent ageing potential of 12–15 years and pairs beautifully with game, lamb and grilled red meats.
