Château Pas du Cerf Les Lavandes (Ian Woosnam)

Created in collaboration with Welsh golfing legend Ian Woosnam, Château Pas du Cerf Les Lavandes is a refined Provence rosé from an eighth-generation family estate founded in 1848. Crafted by Aurore Legrand, the estate is set within a protected natural environment and is transitioning towards organic viticulture, with a strong focus on preserving the character of its Provençal terroir. With its beautiful pale pink colour and salmon hues, the wine offers an intense yet delicate expression of Provence. Fresh and rounded on the palate, it combines ripe stone-fruit character with citrus, freshness and subtle minerality.
